President Place is an A-grade office building located in the CBD of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Completed in early 2013, the building comprises of 3 basements and 12 floors with approximately 10,000 m2 for offices and 850 m2 for retail. It has been awarded a LEED Gold Certification.
