ALDAR headquarters building has a distinctive circular shape design which is the first of its kind in the Middle East. It was voted the “Best Futuristic Design” by The Building Exchange (BEX) Conference held in Spain.
The building is located in the centre of the commercial business district of the Raha Beach Development and serves as a head office for ALDAR Properties PJSC, the Developer of the Al Raha Beach Development.
